摘要
应用包埋前染色免疫电镜技术,检测γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)在大鼠前庭感觉上皮的超微分布.结果示:大鼠前庭终器感觉上皮富含突触小泡的神经末梢GABA免疫染色反应呈阳性;前庭毛细胞、包绕I型毛细胞的传入神经盏及传入神经纤维,GABA免疫染色反应呈阴性.表明GABA分布在大鼠前庭传出神经末梢,其为传出神经系统的神经递质.
The information about the localization of GABA in the vestibular periphery from the literature available is controversial. Furtheremore,there is no report concerning the ultrastructural localization of GABA in the vestibular periphery until now. This study was undertaken in order to reveal the ultrastructural localization of GABA in the vestibular periphery of the rat. A modified method of pre-embedding staining technique of immunoelectron microscopy was applied to accomplish this study. The result showed that GABA ?like immunoreactivity was confined to the vestibular efferent periphery. This study demonstrates that GABA is a candidate of efferent neuro-transmitter of the vestibular periphery,at least in the rat.
