摘要
毕赤酵母表达系统是近几年在外源蛋白表达方面应用比较广泛的一套工具,到目前为止,已用这个系统成功表达了200多种来自病毒、细菌、真菌、动植物和人的蛋白,如人白介素、人血清白蛋白、乙肝表面抗原、水蛭素等。本文就巴斯德酵母细胞的基本特性、宿主菌及其质粒、影响外源蛋白表达的因素和在医学上的应用作一综述。
Recent years, Pichia Pastofis Express Systems are being broadly used in the express of heterogonous proteins. Up to now, More than two hundred proteins from viruses, bacteria, fungus, animals, plant and human beings have successfully been expressed in Pichia Pastoris, such as human interleukins, human serum albumins, the surface antigens of hepatitis B and hirudins. The basic properties of the Pichia Pastoris, strains, express vectors, influencing factors on the express of foreign proteins and its aP. pastorislication in medicine are summarized here.
