摘要
目的:研究腮腺多形性腺瘤与腮腺腺体移位的状况、关系、可能原因及临床影响。方法:通过对25例腮腺多形性腺瘤病人术中测量腮腺浅叶腺体的位置、肿瘤的部位、包膜等,从临床的角度研究腮腺腺体移位与腮腺多形性腺瘤的生物学行为的关系。结果:本组病例中36%伴有腮腺浅叶移位,特别是颌后区肿瘤伴浅叶后移明显。结论:腮腺多形性腺瘤可导致腮腺移位。这可能与肿瘤起源于腮腺腺体内以及腮腺对肿瘤提供营养有关。
Objective： To study the status, relation, possible reason and clinical effect of the pleomorphic adenoma in parotid and the gland system shift of parotid simple leaf. Methods：To measure the place of parotid simple leaf,site of tumor,envelope from the 25 cases of the primary parotid pleomorphic adenoma operation, to study the nexus of the histological slides of the pleomorphic adenoma in parotid and the gland system shift of parotid from the clinical point of view. Results： 36% in the cases have the gland system shift of parotid simple leaf, especially evidence of the neoplasms and the parotid simple leaf in the behind area of the jaw. Conclusions： The pleomorphic adenoma can lead parotid shift. It may be relate to the parotid gland system cause the tumour and the parotid oilers alimentation to the neoplasms.
