摘要
详细介绍了我省火电厂入厂煤和入炉煤的采样、制样现状和存在的问题。指出了现存的问题既有从业人员对采制标准的理解不够和执行不力等主观上原因,又有标准的某些条款规定过于笼统、欠科学性及缺少可操作性等客观上的原因,并对现行的采制标准中某些内容谈了作者的看法。
This paper gives a minute introduction of the present condition and existing problem of the sampling and preparation of coal as received and coal as fired at power plants in Anhui. Causes of inadequate understanding and a negligent exercise of the coal sampling standard are discussed, and several provisions of the coal sampling standard which are too sweeping to exercise correctly are pointed out and private ideas are given.
