摘要
从分析我国国有商业银行现有产权制度的缺陷入手,借鉴西方优秀商业银行的成熟体制,提出了我国国有商业银行产权制度改革的道路选择及实施建议,即坚决推行渐进式的股份制改造以及整体上市。
Starting from the shortages of the existing property right system of our country＇s commercial banks, and using the mature system of western excellent commercial banks for reference, this paper puts forward the road selections and the implementation suggestions for the reform of the property right system of our country＇s state-owned commercial banks, which is to push the transformation of shareholding system gradually and the being listed integrally.
