摘要
分析了加入WTO后高校图书馆所面临的新挑战,并提出了相应的对策,包括树立全球观念,把握图书馆事业发展的新趋势;树立正确的竞争观念,积极参与国际市场竞争;搞好网络化建设,构建高校图书馆的共享资源数据库;注重人才培养,适应国内外环境的新变化等。
This paper analyzes on the new challenges faced by the university library after WTO entry, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures, which include establishing the global conception to grasp the new trends of the development of the library cause, establishing the right competition conception to take active part in the international market competition, doing well the construction of the networking to build the shared resources database of university library, and paying attention to the cultivation of the talents to fit in with the new variation of the domestic and foreign environment, etc.
