摘要
从1997—2004年浙江省图书资料职称初级评审委员会推荐中级职称参评人员的年龄、性别、学历、专业等不同角度,对一个特殊群体的不同状况进行了统计分析,推断出了图书馆人力资源配置的未来结构趋势。
From the different angles of the age, sex, educational qualifications, and speciality, etc. of the personnel participating in the semi-senior positional title evaluation recommended by library' s junior positional title judging panel of Zhejiang Province in the period of 1997-2004, this paper makes statistical analysis on the different situations of a special group, and deduces the future structure of the human resource distribution of the library.
