摘要
结合图书馆人力资源的现状,阐述了加强图书馆人力资源建设在高校图书馆发展中的重要意义,并提出了新形势下图书馆人力资源建设的重点及应采取的对策。
Connecting with the present situation of the human resource of the library, this paper expounds the important significance of strengthening the construction of the human resource of the library in the development of university library, and puts forward the focal points of and countermeasures for the construction of the human resource of the library under the new situation.
