摘要
高校科研档案是指凡在科学研究管理和实践活动中直接形成具有保存价值的文字、图表及 声像载体材料。如何做好高校科研档案工作,使之发挥作用,本文就此进行论述,并提出了三点措施: 一是加强档案法律法规宣传,提高科研人员档案法制意识;二是建立健全科研档案管理制度,促进科研 档案工作规范化;三是加强业务指导,熟悉掌握业务知识和方法,提高档案管理质量。
Scientific research records make notes of the real process of the researches on education. This paper makes a discussion on how to manage scientific research records so that they can do their work. And the paper also puts forward some suggestions.
