摘要
大学校规在依法治校中具有特殊的地位,发挥着重要的作用。但近年来,学生行为与大学 校规之间频频发生冲突,大学校规面临着前所未有的挑战。这主要是由于目前相当多的校规内容本身存 在严重的缺陷和问题。因此,应采取积极措施改革完善大学校规,努力实现高校学生管理工作的规范化
School rules have their special positions and play an important role in a university . but they are facing an all-time challenge for students＇ behaviors often go against them these years. The main cause is that the contents of quite a lot ofthcse rulcs have serious drawbacks and problems. So school rules need improving.
