腰段椎静脉系结构及压力测定

摘要 后路显微椎间盘镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症是近几年新兴的一种手术方法,但术中出血一直是困扰手术的一大难题,本文从椎静脉系的解剖特点、压力影响因素、压力监测方法上予以综述,加深对椎静脉系特点的认识,有利于揭示膀胱内压与椎静脉压之间的关系。 Microendoscopic Discectomy is a new way in the treatments of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc in recent years but hemorrhage is also a nodus in it. The article reviews from the vertebral veins＇ anatomy. Its pressure＇s influencing factors and method of measurement, to reveal the correlation of lumbar segments of vertebral veins pressure and intravesical pressure.
