四种麻醉方法对异氟醚用量的影响 被引量:2

Comparison of Four Anesthetic Methods in Patients Undergoing Upper Abdominal Surgery for Consumption of Isoflurane

摘要 比较了单纯全麻(GA)、恩纳气管表面麻醉联合全麻(GA+EMA)、硬膜外阻滞联合全麻(GA+EA)和恩纳气管表面麻醉联合硬膜外阻滞联合全麻(GA+EMA+EA)对术中异氟醚的使用量的影响。结果表明:GA、GA+EMA、GA+EA、GA+EMA+EA 4组病人异氟醚的平均呼气末维持浓度分别为(1.01±0.11)MAC、(0.89±0.07)MAC、(0.63±0.06)MAC和(0.51±0.08)MAC;液态异氟醚消耗量分别为(12.9±1.8)mL/h、(11.2±1.7)mL/h(、6.7±1.2)mL/h和(5.3±0.9)mL/h。其中恩纳气管表面麻醉联合硬膜外阻滞联合全麻中异氟醚用量最少。 The paper compares the four anesthetic methods : general anesthesia (GA), combined general-emla with endotrachealtube (ETT) pre-coated with EMLA cream anesthesia(GA + EMA), combined general-epidural anesthesia(GA + EA) and combined general-emla-epidural anesthesia(GA + EMA + EA), for consumption of isoflurane. The results show that during surgery the end-tidal isoflurane concentrations were maintained at (1.01 ± 0.11 )MAC (GA), (0.89 ± 0.07)MAC(GA + EMA), (0.63 ± 0.06)MAC (GA + EA) and (0.51 ± 0.08)MAC(GA + EMA + EA) respectively;the volume of isoflurane consumption was (12.9 ± 1.8)mL/h (GA),(11.2 ± 1.7)mL/h(GA + EMA), (6.7 ± 1.2)mL/h (GA + EA) and(5.3 ± 0.9) mL/h(GA + EMA + EA) respectively; combined general-epidural-emla anesthesia has the least consumption of isoflurane.
