摘要
在医学教学和科研中需要经常使用家兔进行动物实验,但其血气指标正常值少见报道和归纳.本文以中国本兔为例,对家兔动脉血的pH值、[HCO3-]、[C1-]、[K+]、BE、PaCO2、PaO2等血气正常值进行了探讨.选取健康成年中国本兔206只,雌雄不拘,体重在1.5～2.3kg,颈总动脉取血,使用便携式Rche OPTI CCA血气分析仪测定上述各值.结果显示,pH=7.3～7.53、[HCO3-]=12.64～28.2mmol/L、[Cl-]=95.82～109.54mmol/L、[K+]=2.65～4.49mmol/L、BE=-12.54～5.68mmol/L、PaCO2=23.51～38.69mmHg、PaO2=54.63～91.08mmHg.本实验结果可作为教学参考,对科研也具有一定的借鉴.
Rabbits are applied in teaching and research work of medical science extensively, but the normal value of their blood gases is seldom published and induced. In this paper, Chinese rabbits＇normal value of artery blood is studied and discussed such as pH, [ HCO3^-], [ Cl^-], [K^＋ ], BE, PaCO2, PaO2 et al. Total 206 male and female Chinese healthy rabbits whose weight is about 1.5 ～ 2.3kg were taken blood from artery in necks. All data were obtained by Rche OPTI CCA blood gases analysis. Results ： Chinese rabbits＇ normal value range of artery blood was determined as follows ： pH=7.3～7.53、[HCO3^-]=12.64～28.2mmol/L、[Cl^-]=95.82～109.54mmol/L、[K^＋]=2.65～4.49mmol/L、BE=-12.54～5.68mmol/L、PaCO2=23.51～38.69mmHg、PaO2=54.63～91.08mmHg. Conclusion： The experimental data can be taken as references in teaching and research work.
