摘要
对样品中微量过氧化值的测定,控制好实验条件是实验技术的关键。本实验通过采用石油醚浸提出蛋黄饼干中的油脂,减压浓缩回收溶剂,用碘量法半微量滴定技术测定其微量的过氧化值。经方差分析:F=2.12<F0.05(2,15)=3.16,说明此方法有较好的重现性和再现性,精密度较好。
It is critical for experiment technology to control condition during the determination of micro-peroxide value in samples. This paper introduces a methord for determination of micro peroxide value in fresh yolky biscuit by semimicrotitrimetry analysis. The main steps are as follows:steep that biscuit in petroleum ether and concentrate it for extracting the oils and fats, then titrate the oils and fats to determine the micro peroxide value. With the analysis of standard deviation : F = 2.12 〈 F0.05 (2,15) = 3.16,it declares this method has better repeatability and reproducibility and the precision is high.
