摘要 根据水环境生态修复系统的特点和结构以及控制要求,结合PLC控制技术、智能传感技术、现场总线技术、OPC技术等手段,基于西门子SIMATICS7300PLC构成一个新型的水环境生态修复中试平台的控制系统,实现对温度、湿度、风速、风向、ORP、光强、CO2、水位等参数的实时监测与控制,有助于在中试平台上进行相关生态修复技术的研究和推广应用.重点介绍水环境生态修复实验平台控制系统硬件结构组成、结构化程序编程以及微生态系统模糊控制算法的实现等.水环境生态修复控制系统运行、操作方便,维护简单,同时具有良好的人机交互环境. According to the features and structures of the ecologic rehabilitating system in water environment, based on the automatic control system by SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-300 PLC, and by combining with PLC technique, intelligent transducer technique, fieldbus technique , OPC technique etc, and its control requirement, this paper designs and establishes the experiment test platform of the ecologic rehabilitating system in water environmental intelligent experiment test platform to monitor and control a sets of locale temperatures, humidity, wind speed and direction, ORP, light intensity , CO2, water level etc, and to do research and apply ecologic rehabilitating technique on experiment test platform. The structure of the system hardware and the structuring program design are recommended in detail, and the fuzzy control arithmetic is thus realized. The practice shows that the working of the ecologic rehabilitating control system is feasible, that its operation is very simple and that the maintenance is convenient, and that the man-machine alternation is good.
