摘要
针对模具型面当前热处理方法的缺点,提出了一种具有更高加工效率和精度的用于模具型面高频淬火的数控机床设计构架。论文介绍了感应淬火的特点、原理及选择,基于该原理和特点,分别对高模具型面高频淬火数控机床中数控系统功能设计和选择、机床机械结构的总体设计、逆向工程技术的应用、机床实际工作流程以及其零件加工程序代码的结构等进行了分析和介绍。
In order to overcome the disadvantages of the old heat-treatment equipment for dies, a new design of a numerical control machine with higher efficiency and precision has been brought forth in this paper. The theory, trait and the method of selection of the induction hardening have been introduced. Based on the theory and trait of the high-frequency induction hardening, the selection of NC system, the design of the mechanical part of the machine and the application of Reverse Engineering, the working flow of the machine and the structure of the NC program for manufacturing have been introduced detailedly.
