摘要
针对高速铣削加工中心设计并进行了静态模态实验、动态空转实验和铣削实验,分别在不同工况下的静态实验、主轴空转不铣削实验、不同铣削参数铣削实验下测得振动信号和动态铣削力。通过对各项实测数据的对比分析,得出各铣削参数与高速铣削系统动态特性的关系,识别特定加工条件下的稳定性铣削极限,为探讨适合高速铣削特点的实验测试及其动态特性优化方法提供依据。
To understand and describe the dynamic properties of HSM system correctly, it is necessary that suitable and reliable experimen- tal identification methods are investigated. In this work, the three different experiments have been designed and implemented in order to investigate the dynamic properties and stability of HSM system: static modal test, dynamic test under no-cutting and different rotating speeds of spindle, and dynamic cutting test under cutting conditions. The results obtained from the experiments and the experimental methods have been compared and analyzed for identifying and optimizing of the machining stability of HSM system.
