胃腺癌Hp感染及PCNA、Bcl-2的表达与癌转移的关系及意义

摘要 目的研究胃腺癌中幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter PyIon,Hp)、感染与肿瘤细胞增殖核抗原PCNA,细胞凋亡抑制基因Bcl-2 的关系,探讨Hp感染与肿瘤细胞增殖与凋亡的关系及对胃腺癌预后(淋巴结转移)的影响。方法采用组织化学Warthin-starry染色、免疫组化SP法分别检测65例胃腺癌标本中Hp感染情况及PCNA和Bcl-2的表达。结果Hp感染、PCNA及Bcl-2表达均与胃腺癌淋巴结转移有关;PCNA与:Bcl-2表达呈正相关;Hp感染与PCNA分级、Bcl-2表达也呈正相关。结论Hp感染能促进胃腺癌淋巴结的转移,其作用可能与其导致肿瘤细胞增殖与凋亡失衡有关。 Objective To explore the relationship among helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection, the expressions of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and Bel- 2, and the metastasis of gastric adenocarcinoma and their significance. Metholds Hp infection and the expressions of PCNA and Bcl - 2 were determined respectively by wardfin-starry histochemieal staining and S - P immunohistochemical staining in 65 cases of primary gastric adenocarcinoma. Results The tumor metastasis to the lymph node was correlated with Hp infection and the expressions of PCNA and Bcl - 2. There was a positive relationslfip between PCNA and Bcl - 2 expressions. Hp infection was positively related with the expressions of PCNA and Bcl - 2. Conclusion The lymph node metastasis of gastric adenocarcinoma is promoted by Hp infection, which may cause imbalance of cell proliferative and apoptotic processes.
