摘要
近年来,同位素示踪技术得到迅速发展,并广泛应用于农业,对生物领域的研究与发展起到了重要作用.该技术由于灵敏度高,试验周期短,试验结果准确、可靠,简化操作程序,可在机体正常生理条件下进行,可区分体系中原有分子和新加入的分子等优点而得到广泛应用.在动物营养学研究中主要用于添加物代谢与吸收的研究、肠道吸收与体外摄取评定、体内转移与分布1、5N示踪在蛋白质代谢研究中的应用以及比较研究中.阐述了同位素示踪技术的发展情况、优缺点、基本工作程序以及在动物消化代谢研究中的应用,并指出同位素示踪技术具有广阔的应用前景.
Isotopic tracer applied on animal nutrition includes study on additive metabolism and absorption, evaluation on absorption in intestine and ingestion in vitro, transfer and distribution of a specific molecule in vivo,study on applications of ^15N in protein metabolism as well as a lot of comparison researches. The paper discussed several perspectives of isotopic tracer method including the development, advantages and disadvantages, the basic operation, applications in animal digestion and metabolism. The potential wider uses of isotopic tracer method were proposed.
