摘要
在概述我国葡萄产业的基础上,指出了鲜食葡萄流通上的差距.分析了我区鲜食葡萄生产与采后设施状况.依据宁夏葡萄产业化的政策背景对鲜食葡萄的采后保鲜工艺的工序提出了务实的观点.为使鲜食葡萄产业健康发展,打破制约产业发展的“瓶颈”,使保鲜为采前服务并实现产品进一步增值,必须加强采前的产业化水平,并使之与采后保鲜、物流有机结合,使采后的工业化得到稳定、健康发展.
Based on the development of grapes industry in China, The paper analyzed status of production and postharvest storehouse, pointed out the gap on distribution of table grape. In light of the development policy of grape industry, it was proposed that grape production, storing and distribution should be integrated closely to promote the grape industry development.
