摘要
选用植物源农药0.3%苦参素1号、3号、4号水剂和20%三氯杀螨醇乳油,对宁夏枸杞刺皮瘿螨进行室内毒力测定和药效试验.室内毒力测定中,0.3%苦参素3号LC50最低,其次是4号和1号,它们分别是20%三氯杀螨醇的0.028 69倍0、.029 70倍0、.033 22倍;0.3%苦参素1号、4号在喷药后10 d防效可达95%以上,建议枸杞园中大田防治害螨时,使用植物源农药苦参素1号、4号水剂的1 000倍液喷雾.
The study selected the plant pesticide, the three kinds of 0.3% matrine （the lst,3rd and 4th） and 20% acarus killed dicofol milk to test effect on control of Ningxia Aculop lycii Kuang. The result showed that the toxicity measurement indoors 0.3% matrine （the 3rd） was the lowest in LC50 the second was the4thand 1st. LC50 in the lst,3rd and 4th were 0.02869,0.029 70,0.03322 times of 20% acarus killed dicofol milk, respectively;Controlling effect of 0.3% matrine （the lst,4th） was 95% after 10 days of spraying the pesticide. It was advised that dilution of 1 000 times of the matrine 1st and 4th could be recommended to control acarus in practice application.
