摘要
越南的国有企业改革始于20世纪90年代初期,15年来,从国有企业的裁减、合并,到组建国家总公司,实施国有企业股份化,越南国企改革取得了相当可观的成绩,但仍面临不少亟待解决的难题。随着融入地区和国际经济程度的逐步加深以及加入WTO日期的日益逼近,进一步深化国企改革的任务益显急迫。
Vietnam started the reform of state-owned enterprises in early 1990s. in the past 15 years, the reform has proved quite successful with the reduction and the amalgamation of state-owned enterprises to the establishment of national corporations and the demutualization of state-owned enterprises, but there are still quite a few difficult problems demanding prompt solution. With the regionalization and globalization of its economy as well as the approach of its entrance to WTO, further reform of state-owned enterprises becomes a pressing task for Vietnam.
