摘要
金属管道的冲刷损坏是导致金属破坏的主要形式之一,由于设计、施工、改造、维护消缺等环节操作管理的不严谨,都会造成设备损坏,需要引起相关专业的重视,采取有效措施防止和降低金属管道的冲刷损坏。通过电厂给水泵倒暖管、减温水支管爆管的失效分析,阐明了机炉外承压小管道全过程监控的重要性。
The water eroding is the main reason that the metal is breached. Since no design,construction,re construction and maintenance base and strict management ,all the metal pipes will be abrade. All the majors must pay more and more attention to the problem,and some measures must be taken to prevent and reduce the damage. Through the analysis on feedwater pump pipes＇ and spray water pipes＇ dehiscing failure,this study illuminates the importance of on-time monitoring to the small pipe bearing the pressure outside the turbine and boiler.
