Study on the Skill Level of Operators in Machine Process

摘要 以研究操作者的技能水平为目的,对操作者状态进行测定。应用多元回归分析,从测定中推定操作者的技能水平。其结果表明操作者的状态与技能水平有着极为密切的关系,从而得出操作者的技能水平可由其状态来推定这一结论。 In this research, the purpose is that skill level of operators is estimated, the operator' s behavior has been measured. Then, the multiple regression analysis to estimate skill level of operators from the measurement described above has been built. As the result shows that there are strong correlations between operator' s behavior and skill level. Hence, the skill level can be estimated by using the measurements.
