马来酸酐混合单体改性PP/PS共混物的结晶与动态力学性能 被引量:2

摘要 用熔融法制备了马来酸酐(M AH)及其与苯乙烯(S t)混合单体改性PP/PS共混物,以及M AH、S t改性聚丙烯(原位形成PP/PS共混物)。用DSC、DM A和FT-IR研究了改性共混物的结晶与熔融行为、动态力学性能和接枝产物。结果表明,M AH加入对PP/PS共混物中PP的结晶温度影响不大,但其与S t混合单体对共混物中PP的结晶温度影响明显,原位生成PP/PS的结晶温度也有较大提高。改性对共混物中PP的熔融温度影响不大,但熔融峰形变化明显。改性PP/PS共混物具有高的E′和E″强度。 In-situ formed PP/PS blends and PP/PS blends modified by reactive monomer, such as MAH and St, were prepared by melting method. Crystallization and melting behavior, and dynamic mechanical properties of PP/PS blends, including the structure of grafted copolymer, were investigated by DSC, DMA and FT-IR. The result indicates that addition of MAH has hardly influenced on the crystallization temperature of PP in the blends, but the addition of MAH and St has increased the crystallization temperature of PP due to the heterogeneous nucleation of in-situ formed MA-g-PP on PP. All blends show no remarkable variety in melting temperature, but the shapes of melting peak is influenced by addition of the reactive monomer. In addition, a significant increase in the storage and loss modulus of all modified PP/PS blends was observed.
