摘要
本文针对目前国内直埋供热管道或高温管道固定支墩受力的问题进行了分析.并结合工程对“L”形管道作用于固定支墩的力用ANSYS程序进行了数值模拟.在此基础上建立了自我平衡优化设计法.通过对用该方法设计的工程的固定支墩的受力测试表明:固定支墩的实际受力值与用优化敷设理论计算值吻合较好,并且固定支墩受力接近为零,达到了优化的目的.这说明该优化方法是成功的.
In view of the difficulty in designing fixing block of buried heating pipe under big thrust as the diameter of the pipe is large and the temperature in the pipe is very high, the force acting on the fixing block has been analyzed in this paper. The force acting on fixing block by 'L' type pipe is numerically simulated by use of the program ANSYS. A self-balance design method which optimizes the force acting on fixing block is then developed. It is shown that the measured actual force acting on the fixing block which is designed with the self-balance design method is identical with the value calculated by the optimum design method and the force acting on fixing block is near to zero. It demonstrates that the optimum design method is successful.
