摘要 在分析因特网信息传输机制的基础上,采用TCP/IP协议,客户机/服务器模式实现了多通道步进电机控制系统的设计,给出了网络化步进电机控制系统的架构及客户端的系统结构。分析了多通道步进电机控制系统对设备带宽和网络带宽的要求,利用先进的ARM处理器设计了网络控制器,有效地提高了多通道步进电机控制系统的可靠性并保证了控制系统的实时性。应用此方法设计的便携式多通道超声C扫描系统能满足要求。 Based on the analysis of information transfer mechanism of Internet,a multi-channel stepping motor control system is designed by using TCP/IP protocol and client/server mode. The frame of the networked control system and the structure of client are provided. Its requirement for bandwidths of equipment and Internet are analyzed. The network controller designed with ARM microprocessor improves the reliability of multi-channel stepping motor control system and ensures its real-time performance. The portable multi-channel ultrasonic C scan system designed in this way meets practical requirements.
