摘要
科研单位的发展,不仅需要科研管理人才和专业技术人才,还需要为科研生产服务的技能人才。我们应该更新观念,采取适应单位需要的多种培训方式,引入激励机制,培养出大批掌握应用科学技术,具有娴熟技艺和高超手艺的操作者,使先进的科学技术在生产中能及时得到运用。
The development of scientific research institution not only needs scientific research management talents and specialized technical personnel, but also needs the skilled personnel to serve scientific research and producing. We should renew our ideas, adopt various training methods to satisfy the needs of the institution, introduce incentive mechanism,train a large number of operators who have mastered applied science and technology, and obtained consummate skills and superb craftsmanship, so as to make advanced science and technology can be applied in production in time.
