摘要
目的探讨经巩膜缝线固定折叠式人工晶状体的临床应用价值.方法回顾性分析16例(16眼)无后囊支撑的无晶状体眼,经巩膜固定折叠式人工晶状体治疗的情况.对手术方式、效果、并发症和防治措施等进行了分析.结果术后视力0.1～0.2者2例,0.3～0.6者12例,0.8者2例.术后3月,平均手术性散光度数为(0.71±0.65)D.所有病例无严重并发症发生.结论折叠式人工晶状体缝线固定术为无晶状体囊支持的患眼提供了一种可供选择的安全有效的手术方式.
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of scleral sutured foldable intraocular lens implantation. Methods 16 cases （16 eyes） without a complete posterior lens capsule support had undergone the foldable intraocular lens implantation were analyzed retrospectively. The surgical methods, effect, complications and prevention were discussed. Results At 3 months postoperatively, the surgically induced astigmatism was （0.71± 0.65）D. Postoperative visual acuities were 0.1 -0.2 in2 cases （12.5%）, 0.3-0.6 in 12 cases （75.0%） and 0.8 in 2 cases （12.5%）. There were no severe complications postoperatively. Conclusion Transsclerally suture fixation foldable lens is a safe and effective management method for the aphakia without a complete posterior lens capsule support.
