125MW机组大修后不点炉利用邻机抽汽中压缸冲转试验

摘要 阐述采用单元制双直式锅炉的国产125MW汽轮发电机组进行大修后试验时,不点炉利用邻机抽汽实现中压缸冲转至定速,进而完成大修后机组带负荷前的全部试验及试并网。新的试验方案较传统方案可节约燃油160多t,节约生产成本60多万元。 For homemade 125 MW steam turbinegenerator set with double direct firing boilers of a unitized system, the rotationimpulsing of intermediate pressure cylinder and reaching a constant rotation speed had been realized in test after major repair by using extraction steam from neighbouring unit under nonignition condition of the boiler proper, and all tests and trial synchronization for parallel connection with the power network after major repair of the unit being further completed. Compared with traditional scheme, the new test scheme can save fuel oil of more than 160 t, saving production cost of more than 60000 yuan(RMB).
