空气横掠顺列螺旋槽管管束的试验研究

摘要 以管束及管子的几何参数为研究对象,在风洞试验台上对顺列螺旋槽管管束进行了横掠换热试验研究,得出了换热和阻力关联式。结果可为顺列布置的卧式螺旋槽管空气预热器,尤其是循环流化床锅炉的空气预热器提供设计依据。 Taking geometric paramenters of the tube bandle and of the tube proper as studying objects, the test study on spirally corrugated tube bandles with inline arrangement for air crossflow has been carried out in the wind tunnel stand, the correlation equation of heat transfer with resistance being obtained, providing a design basis for application of horizontal air preheater with inline arrangement of spirally corrugated tube bandles, especially for airpreheaters of CFB boilers.
