摘要
目的探索老化大鼠骨形态学、骨生物力学改变特点与骨钙含量变化。方法以10只雌性20月龄老年大鼠复制实验模型后,另3月龄大鼠10只为青年对照组,观察大鼠骨形态学、骨生物力学改变特点及骨钙含量变化。结果老年雌性大鼠形态、骨生物力学及骨钙含量发生显著性改变。结论老龄大鼠骨组织形态计量学指标改变于骨生物力学的改变,骨钙含量的降低影响骨的生物力学性能。
Objective To understand the age-related bone morphological, biomechanical, bone calcium changes of female rat with osteoporosis. Methods Bone morphological, biomechanical and bone calcium changes of 20 aged female rats with osteoporosis, and 10 young rats aged 3 months were observed. Conclusion Bone morphological change is earlier than biomechanics, bone calcium change does influence the bone biomechanics.
