摘要
后加载层流叶型弯曲成型已在东方汽轮机厂的机组上广泛采用,东方汽轮机厂又新引进了高负荷前加载叶型。本文介绍了2种叶型的平面叶栅和环形叶栅试验结果,对比了2种叶型的二维绕流特性和三维成型后的气动特性,分析了它们的适用条件和特点,对2种叶型今后的应用提供了试验依据和作者自己的观点。
The post-loaded layer blades have been widely used in units of DongFang Steam Turbine Works, and DongFang Steam Turbine Works also introduces into the high and fore-loaded blade. Herein, It presents the test results of two blades in linear test and arc test, compares their 2-D and 3-D aerodynamic performance, analyses application condition and characteristic, applies the own opinion for the application of two blades in the future.
