摘要
介绍在西昌牛角湾三级电站水轮机进水球阀的设计中,采用的活塞式双密封、密封环位置显示装置、密封环油操作、取消旁通管路等新结构。
Piston double packing and location indicator for packing ring and packing ring operation by oil and voidante by-pass pipe line are adopted in the design of intake globe valve of hydraulic turbine of Niujiao wan hydropower station. Overall design of spherical valve is optimized, performance is improved, materials and time for manufacturing is reduced. It＇s operation and maintenance and inspection are convenient to user. Technical and economic index of spherical valve are increased. This technology is in the advanced level.
