摘要
用染色体畸变分析，检测两种病理类型鼻咽癌细胞株的放射敏感性。证实来源于高分化鼻咽癌病人鼻咽部肿瘤的细胞株，其辐射敏感性较低分化型细胞株明显减低，本结果可提供临床治疗时参考。
The radiosensitivities cell lines were deferimed in two different pathologic types of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with chromosome assay. The radiosensitivity was lower for the cell line of high differentiated nasopharyngeal carcinoma than that of poorly differentiated one. This result might be some reference for radio-therapy.
