摘要
材料化学分析是一门重要的质量技术,如何选择化学分析方法和如何进行分析过程质量控制对提高分析人员技术水平十分必要。依据多年理论学习和工作经验对此进行了探讨。选择分析方法应综合考虑分析目的、准确度要求、分析室现有技术水平、分析样品特性及分析成本等要素。湿法分析法和仪器分析法、标准分析法和非标准分析法要灵活运用。对分析过程中影响分析质量的主要因素要采取相应的的控制措施,如样品制备要有代表性,样品分解要完全、无干扰、时间短,正确使用标准物质,消除或降低分析空白,玻璃器皿、标准溶液和分析仪器要进行计量检定等。
How to select the methods of chemical analysis and how to control the analytical quality in analytical processes are introduced in this paper. The analysis objective, method precision, analytical level, sample property, and experimental cost should be taken into consideration when selecting the methods of chemical analysis, which include the conventional chemical method and instrumental analytical method, standard method and non-standard method. Tile right results can be obtained through the control methods, which include the making and dissolving of sample, the using of standard substance, the eliminating or reducing of analytical blanks, and verification or calibration of glass container, standard solution, analytical equipment.
