摘要
本文着重叙述明胶染色法制作条件对彩色滤光膜性能的影响.颜料分散法中,给出几种适宜于应用的某些颜料的分光特性和热稳定性实验结果.在最佳条件下.用两种方法研制出4、7、10英寸三基色滤光膜。10英寸滤光膜与640×480象元的STN—LCD相匹配,呈现出良好的彩色显示效果.比较了两种方法制备滤光膜的特点。
In this paper, We reported that the effects of the fabricate condition with the gelatin dye method on the characteristics of the spectrum of color filter. In the pigment disperse method, We investigatived more than seventy pigment sample of domestic, and the experiment results of the spectrum of characteristic and thermal stability of some pigment Suited for use have been given. With the optimum condition, We developed four inch、seven inch and ten inch color filters. The later have matched for 640 ×480 pixels STN-LCD. and have obtained good color display results, furthermore, have contrasted advantages and shortcomings of color filters made by dye method and pigment disperse method respectively.
