摘要
本文描述了扭曲向列相液晶显示单元与分立的场效应晶体管，背对背二极管，电容器匹配在一起的实验和分析结果。在最佳匹配条件下，观察到在液晶矩阵显示中不出现交叉效应，闪烁现象。实验结果满足了多扫描线的实验要求。
In this paper, the experiment and result of FET-C-LC and double diodes-C-LC are described.The effects of flare and intersection are eliminated under Tdeal matching Condition.
