摘要
为解决长拳教学过程中学生被动学习的方式,打破传统教学模式,提高长拳教学质量,文章根据一般运动技能形成的规律,结合长拳运动的专项特点,对长拳运动的智力技能进行了实验研究,从而找到长拳运动教学的合理途径。
In order to solve the students' passive study method in Long boxing teaching, and break the traditional teaching model as well as increase the teaching quality, this paper carries out the experiment research on Long boxing intelligent technique thus to find out the reasonable methods in Long boxing teaching.
