摘要
从理论上分析利用Ｆ－Ｐ标准具组实时测量被动入射激光波长的能量分布及信噪比，提供了计算公式及误差分析，给出了实验光路图、处理软件框图和一组实验照片；最后对给出的实验结果数据进行了讨论。
The energy distribution and signaL-noise ratio (SNR) of passive incident laser wavelength measured in real-time with F-P interferometers are analyzed theoretically,and the calculationformulas, error analysis,experimental light path diagrams, processing softwave block diagrams and aset of expeimental photos are given. Finally,a discussion is made on the given experimental result data.
