摘要
随着稠油油田开发的深入,含水率不断上升。辽河油田利用生物处理技术对欢四联合站稠油污水进行了实验室内研究、现场小试和现场中试。文章介绍了试验采用的工艺和设备以及试验过程,并对生物处理技术的除油、除悬浮物、除COD效果进行了分析。试验结果表明,生物处理技术效果较好,处理后的稠油污水质量达到了国家一级排放标准。
The wastewater produced from heavy oil in the Huan-4 central treatment station of Liaohe Oil Field is experimentally investigated in laboratory and oilfield by the use of biological treatment technology. The experimental process,equipment and program are introduced. The removal rates of oil, suspended substances and COD by using biological treatment technology are analyzed. The experimental results indicate that the quality of treated wastewater produced from heavy oil agrees the drainage standard of our country.
