在过去10年中,日本的医学教育发生了迅速的改变。本文介绍日本医学教育改革的主要方面,包括组织结构、课程、临床教育、毕业生培训,以及医学院校评估,它反映了日本医学教育改革的一般趋势。
In Japan, the medical education had been rapidly changed in the past decade. This article introduces the main areas in medical education reforms, including organizational structure, curricular development, clinical education, postgraduate training. It reflects the general trends of medical education reform in Japan.
