摘要
目前,对高等教育管理的研究非常活跃,论文发表规模大,主题分布广。本文从研究目的、研究主题、研究范式和研究手段四个方面讨论了现时高等教育管理研究的倾向和问题,并尝试性地提出了对高等教育管理进行多学科交叉研究的若干方向。
Higher education administration is not a subject with specific concepts and research patterns but an active study field, in which analysts present a mass of papers concerned far-ranging subject matters every year. This article describes the current trend of higher education administration studies in four perspectives--research objectives, subject matters, paradigms and methods, and further suggests that interdisciplinary research in this field is necessary.
