特异的抗FSH、LH受体疫苗对绒山羊生长性能的影响 被引量:1

EFFECTS OF ANTIGONADORECEPTERS SPECIFIC DECAPEPTIDE VACCINES ON THE GROWTH AND PRODUCTION PERFORMANCE OF INNER MONGOLIAN ALPAS CASHMERE

摘要 本实验利用噬菌体显示技术构建的FSH,LH受体N-末端十肽重组疫苗对内蒙古阿尔巴斯绒山羊公羊进行免疫。实验动物分4组,第1组为对照组,皮下注射生理盐水。第2,第3,第4组分别皮下注射LH受体疫苗(PhGAL,PhGALT),FSH受体(PhRNA,PhSKV,PhSDL)疫苗及FSH-LH受体(PhRNA,PhSKV,PhSDL,PhGAL)疫苗。绒山羊1月龄时进行第1次疫苗注射,第2次为2月龄,以后每间隔约45d注射疫苗,共注射9次,至12月龄。每次注射时从颈静脉抽血获取血清;并同时进行绒山羊生长性能,发育等指标的测定。外周血睾酮水平利用放射免疫方法进行测定。结果表明在外周血睾酮水平降低的情况下,绒山羊体高,体长,胸围和胸宽等生长发育指标正常,抓绒季节产绒量和体重实验组与对照组无显著差别。本实验可初步为FSH,LH受体重组疫苗应用于动物生产提供科学依据。 The filamentous phages displaying FSHR fragments overlapping residues 18 ~ 38 and LHR fragment locating residues 18 ~27 were produced, they were injected in animals and induced anti - FSHR and anti - LHR immunity capable of inhibiting hormone binding. The procedures were as follows: First, Inner Mongolian Alpas cashmere young bucks at the prepubertal stage were injected with the filamentous phages displaying FSHR,LHR and FSHR -LHR respectively. Anti - FSHR and anti - LHR peptides immunization were performed from the age of 1 month to 12 months. Second, the circulating testosterone levels were measured and at the same time ,the growth ,production and development of the bucks were determined. The results indicated: FSHR and LHR peptides vaccines were able to maintain circulating testosterone at low levels for several months, reflecting their ability to delay the onset of puberty. Meanwhile, the results obviously showed that there were no significant effects of the FSHR and LHR peptide vaccines on the growth and production of the bucks despite the circulating testosterone at low levels. The results provide a validity for applying the FSHR and LHR peptide immunity to animal production.
