摘要
在农业上畜禽粪液的广泛使用,普遍造成地面和水体中极为严重的富营养化,甚至大气中的氨态氮浓度也呈现增高的趋势.本实验采用地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacilluslicheniformis)10182将氨氮转化成PGA和生物量,作为氮的储存形式.我们将地衣芽孢杆菌培养以10%接种量培养在含有8%(wv)甘油和1.87%(wv)柠檬酸的猪粪液中,氨浓度从2.53降低到0.64,NH3浓度降低了74.7%,生成了0.02gl-1的PG,获得10.1gl-1的细胞干重.同时,沙门氏菌与志贺氏菌数目由2×105cfuml下降到5×103cfuml.我们的实验证明了这是粪液利用的好办法.
Extensive spreading of liquid manure onto agricultural fields causes eutrophication of ground and surface water and also pollution of the atmosphere due to the high ammonium nitrogen content. Bacillus licheniformis 10182 , in this study,is investigated for its ability to reduce the ammonium nitrogen by converting ammonium into PGA and biomass as depot forms of nitrogen, needed in agricuhure. The cultivation of B. licheniformis strain 10182 in liquid manure, which was modified by adding of 1.87%(w/v) citrate and 8% (w/v) glycerol , led to severe reduction of the ammonium content from 2.53 g/l to 0.64 g/l , and to the production of 0.02 gl^-1 PGA and 10.1 g cell dry mass l^-1, at the meantime, the number of Salmonella and Shigella from 2×10^5 cfu/ml to 5 ×10^3cfu/ml.We approve it is a good way for utilizing liquid manure.
