摘要
文章针对M/M/n排队模型的六个指标:系统平均等待队长,平均接受服务的顾客数,系统队长的均值,顾客在系统内逗留时间的均值,顾客排队等候服务时间的均值,顾客必须排队等待的概率.在文献[1]M/M/n排队模型稳定性讨论的基础上,应用主算子本征值的性质,得到了与经典结果相符合的6个指标的表达式.
On the basis of discussion about M/M/n queueing model＇s stability, the six parameters of M/M/n model： the average waiting system length, the average number of the customers, the average system length, the average staying time of the customers, the average number of customers who wait for service, the probability that the customers need to wait, have been studied by using the properties of operator＇s eigenvalue. The indication of six indices corresponding the classical result has been obtained.
