摘要
伴随着亲社会行为的研究,合作行为的研究在近年来得到快速发展。研究发现影响合作行为的因素很多,但归纳起来无外乎三个方面:个体特征、群体特征、任务特征。虽然这方面的研究在不断地进步,但还存在许多不足,如研究缺乏系统性、研究内容不全面、研究结果不一致、研究工具陈旧、研究结果缺乏可操作性等。
The study of cooperative behavior develops rapidly with the studies of pro - social behavior. Studies show that there are many factors that influence cooperative behavior. But it can be concluded that there are three factors： individual characteristics, group characteristics and task characteristics. More studies have been conducted but there still exist some limitations with the studies： unsystematic study, ineomprehensive content, inconsistent findings, old - fashioned methodology, non - operational findings, etc.
