摘要
本文就中小企业出口过程中面临的诸多困难开展研究,认为政府支持主要从政府政策,信息,资金和人力资源扶持四个方面入手。同时提出加强和完善社会服务体系才是促进中小企业出口的根本途径,通过完善社会融资体系,解决中小企业出口融资困难;完善出口贸易代理体制,拓宽中小企业出口渠道;发展国际物流业,促进中小企业出口货物流通;加快行业组织建设,维护中小企业出口利益。
The paper studies the difficulties the mid- small enterprises face in their export to the other countries. Then it argues that to support the mid - small enterprises, the govemment should provide them with more favorable policies, information, finance and manpower resources. And it also argues that to enhance and perfect the social service system is the key approach to promoting mid- small enterprises＇ export.
