摘要
行政参与是现代民主政治的重要体现和民主行政的主要标志,也是科学发展观的必然要求,对推进和落实科学发展观有着重要的意义。在我国民主政治建设过程中,要以科学的发展观为指导,从政治、经济、文化等方面着手,大力推进我国公民的行政参与。
As one of the important contents of political participation, administrative participation is an important reflect of modem democratic politics and a main sign of democratic administration. At the same time, administrative participation is also the essential requirement of the scientific development view with important meanings for us to move forward and implement the scientific development view. In the course of the construction of democratic politics in our country, under the guidance of the scientific development view, citizen＇s administrative participation should strongly be moved forward in politics, economy, culture, etc.
