摘要
目的制备茴拉西坦。方法用对-甲氧基苯甲酰氯与2-吡咯烷酮直接进行缩合制备茴拉西坦(医药原料)。结果及结论50℃下,对-甲氧基苯甲酰氯与2-吡咯烷酮的量(摩尔)比例为1∶1.2,收率为89.2%。
Objective To study the synthesis of Aniracetam. Methods Aniracetam was prepared by condensing p-Anisoyl chloride with 2-Pyrrolidinone without menstruum. Results and conclusions The proportion of p-Anisoyl chloride and 2-Pyrrolidinone was 1.0 ： 1.2,and the yield was 89.20 % under the suitable reaction condition.
